Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR data analytics, HR systems, or reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll processes.
• Experience with Workday reporting across HCM and Payroll.
• Higher education HR and Payroll experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying complex HR datasets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM and Payroll reports and SQL queries.
• Analyze HR and Payroll data to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on testing, validation, and data issue resolution.
