Job summary

Endicott College is seeking an IT Business Analyst in the Information Technology department to coordinate, manage, test, and develop ancillary applications within the College’s Enterprise Applications.

You will work with Enterprise Applications developers to gather requirements, manage projects, coordinate testing, and validate data, while supporting business process improvements in collaboration with campus stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, LucidChart.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, test, and develop ancillary applications within Enterprise Applications.
• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories, workflows, and specifications.
• Monitor projects, ensure timely deliverables, and adhere to security policies.
• Create and maintain documentation for requirements, processes, and configurations.
