Job summary

SCI Summit Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee programming activities, systems development, and stakeholder collaboration. You will guide feasibility studies, cost estimates, and the rollout of new applications, while mentoring a team of IT professionals.

The role emphasizes staff coaching, performance management, and long-term IT planning, with on-site collaboration two days per week and three days of remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of related experience, including leadership experience.
• Scope: Typically manages 2 or more reports and mentors staff to promote best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, development, and implementation of programming activities, systems, and requirements standards with optimal staffing.
• Ensures feasibility studies, time/cost estimates, and new or revised applications are established and implemented.
• Plans and coordinates processes for provision of user applications and systems for business operations.
• Supports development of short and long-term IT plans aligned with business needs.
• Leads performance coaching and training of staff, participates in talent decisions and development.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports company culture with on-site days and remote flexibility.
