Job summary

SAIC is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented IT System Integration Team Manager to join our team in Sterling, VA. This role is hybrid-remote, requiring 2 days on-site work per week at the Sterling office.

You will lead a 10–12 person team of system engineers, security engineers, and DevOps professionals, partnering with senior management to align mission leadership with project delivery across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; 9+ years experience (or master's equivalent).
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Be a servant leader to a team of 10-12 system engineers, security engineers and DevOps professionals.
• Bridge mission leadership and project teams across border security initiatives (biometrics, RFID, IoT, OCR).
• Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure delivery and synchronization of project management activities.
