Job summary

Via Licensing Alliance in the Denver/Greenwood Village area seeks a senior Head of IT to steer technology strategy, architecture, and IT operations. You will lead software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications, aligning tech delivery with business goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep cloud and security expertise, and the ability to drive modernization across platforms, vendors, and teams in a hybrid onsite model three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 15+ years of technology experience across software engineering, architecture, and IT operations.
• 10+ years of people leadership overseeing diverse technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Via’s technology strategy, architecture roadmap, and operating model across software, cloud, data, and IT.
• Provide leadership for software developers, architects, systems analysts, and external partners.
• Guide modernization, deployment, and production support of enterprise platforms.
• Establish architecture practices for security, identity, integrations, and cloud environments.
• Drive SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, release processes, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with executives to translate business needs into secure, scalable technology solutions.
