SCI Summit Consulting, LLC is seeking an IT Application Supervisor in Lakeland, FL to lead programming activities and manage application systems. The role requires strong leadership and extensive IT experience, with on-site two days a week and flexible remote work.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in IT, 2+ years in leadership, and IBMi (iSeries/AS/400) experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and performance coaching is part of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• IBMi (iSeries/AS/400) experience preferred.
• Experience planning and coordinating application systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, development, and implementation of programming activities.
• Estimates time/costs and manages new or revised applications.
• Coordinates user applications and systems for business operations.
• Mentors and coaches staff, supports talent development.
• On-site two days per week with flexibility for remote work.
