Job summary

DEXTER TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Applications to lead complex software initiatives in a manufacturing context.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, align projects with IT strategy, govern budgets and vendor contracts, and drive milestones from conception through delivery. Flexible work-from-home options are available, and the role requires strong Agile and traditional project management experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience with good understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Experience Managing Applications, software development project implementations, custom built, COTS and SaaS solutions, upgrades, Cloud migrations and integrations
• Experience in Scrum project management with good understanding of traditional framework
• Responsible for all aspects of a project including managing milestones, identifying and tracking issues and risks, and driving the team to meet project goals.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align ongoing efforts
• Contributing to the team by participating in solution definition and removing roadblocks
• Establishing strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders.
• Managing budgets, forecasts and vendor teams; Coordinates vendor selection and contracting.
• Ensuring alignment of project objectives with the overall IT strategy and roadmap
• Ensures project or framework specific governance is implemented
• M&A experience and experience with integration is desired

Responsibilities

Senior IT Project Manager – Applications

Type: Direct Hire

Location: Columbia City, IN

Key responsibilities include:

• Strong Project Management experience with good understanding of Agile frameworks.

• 10+ years of managing initiatives in digital environment preferably in manufacturing area
• PMP and / or CSM certifications are highly desirable
