Job summary

SCI Summit Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee planning, development, and implementation of programming activities and application systems for key business areas. You will manage a technical team, coordinate feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and ensure delivery aligned with business priorities.

The role requires at least 10 years of related experience, including 2 years in leadership, and familiarity with IBMi (iSeries, AS/400).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in leadership.
IBMi (iSeries, AS/400) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees planning, development, and implementation of programming activities and application systems for assigned areas.
Ensures feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and establishment of new or revised applications.
Plans and coordinates processes for user applications and business operations.
Supports short- and long-term application systems plans aligned with business needs.
Provides coaching, mentorship, and training to staff; participates in talent decisions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
On-site two days a week with flexibility to work remotely three days.
