Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced technical project leader to drive complex technology programs across product, engineering, and business roadmaps. You will own portfolio planning, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure value realization in a hybrid, multi-location setting.

The role requires deep SDLC knowledge, proven delivery ownership, and the ability to coordinate onshore-offshore teams while maintaining governance and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Technical Project / Delivery Management roles.
• Extensive experience working on Utility domain projects.
• Systems Integration (SI) experience with proven delivery ownership.
• Proven track record turning around challenging projects.
• Strong experience managing global (onshore-offshore) delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution along with governance or reporting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery lifecycle, and engineering workflows.
• Experience handling performance management and delivery escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs and align delivery with product, engineering, and business roadmaps.
• Expert in using Jira for program planning, dependency management, release tracking, and executive reporting.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Operate in a multi-vendor, distributed delivery model ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Own portfolio and program planning, tracking, milestones, risk management, and value realization.
