Job summary

Esper is seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to own on-site IT operations in Bellevue, WA. You’ll be the primary on-site contact for end-user support, hardware provisioning, and inventory management, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.

The role is hybrid: in-office 3 days a week and remote 2 days. Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in IT and hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Intune, and Okta.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in IT Helpdesk/TechOps or IT Admin role.
• Experience with physical hardware deployment and on-site troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with macOS/Windows/iOS/Android environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle on-site IT operations, helpdesk, and hardware provisioning.
• Manage asset inventory and Confluence-based documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams with onboarding and equipment setup.
