Narrative Strategies is seeking an IT Administrator to join our Washington, DC office and help maintain, support, and improve our technology environment. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will serve as a point of contact for staff, ensuring reliable, secure day-to-day IT services.

The role covers end-user support, identity and access management, device management (Mac with Jamf/ABM), and participation in security initiatives and longer-term IT projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/admin experience required.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• MacOS expertise with Jamf/ABM; Windows familiarity a plus.
• Ability to manage IT projects end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide IT operations and end-user support, in-person and remote.
• Install, configure, and replace laptops, monitors, peripherals.
• Maintain conference room technology and coordinate with vendors.
• Identify and automate IT processes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage Mac endpoints via Jamf and ABM; enforce security.
• Support security initiatives and patching.
• Lead IT projects with Director of IT; document procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
