Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Service Desk Associate to support the Bellevue/Bothell area onsite in Washington. You will be the first point of contact for information systems user problems, assist with mobile device set-up, and log tickets through Service Now.

The ideal candidate is technically savvy, communicates clearly, and is eager to learn. 1–2 years help desk experience and proficiency with InTune and iPhone setup are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of help desk or customer support experience.
• Experience with InTune.
• Experience with mobile device setup, especially iPhones.
• Ability to set up authentication.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Ability to deliver customer service to users with varying tech knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for information systems user problems.
• Travel to locations to assist with mobile device setup.
• Respond to routine hardware/software problems.
• Complete tickets through Service Now.
