Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. SAP S/4HANA implementation experience preferred to support ongoing operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a diverse portfolio including equipment, parts, service, or other complex accounts.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience in ERP systems; SAP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Analyze account activity, identify collection issues, and develop effective resolutions.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status, discrepancies, and account concerns.
• Partner closely with internal departments including Customer Service, Sales, Parts, Service, and Accounting to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Evaluate customer situations and make informed decisions regarding account escalations, payment arrangements, and risk mitigation.
• Investigate and resolve complex account disputes.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively prioritize collection efforts.
• Document collection activities and maintain accurate account records within SAP.
• Support process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts following the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
