Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in West Springfield, MA, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Service Sales team. You will own inquiries, coordinate quotes and orders, and act as the primary contact for customers, distributors, and prospects in the assigned territory.

You will promote service plans, upsell where appropriate, and support contract renewals while maintaining data accuracy in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5 years' experience in inside sales and customer service.
• CRMs/ERPs experience (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of inquiries and coordinate quotation and order fulfillment for assigned territory.
• Serve as main contact for customers, distributors, and prospects.
• Quote service plans, process orders, and provide customer support.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and support contract renewals.
