Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Service Scheduling and Administration professional to coordinate service contracts for our compressed air equipment. You will handle inbound calls, schedule maintenance, secure purchase orders, and keep customers informed on progress.

The role requires at least two years in a customer-facing role, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• High School diploma; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls for service and schedule service contracts; coordinate with Service Manager and technicians.
• Confirm schedules with customers and provide regular updates.
• Secure purchase orders and manage service orders in MAM/VisiTour; track paperwork and expedite parts.
