You will act as the primary contact for customers, distributors, and prospects, driving upsells and timely responses while maintaining data integrity in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years inside sales and customer service.
• Experience in fast-paced environment with quote generation.
• Proficiency with CRMs/ERPs (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar).
• MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word) with 50 WPM typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Own inquiries and coordinate quotation and order fulfillment processes.
• Serve as point of contact for customers, distributors, and prospects.
• Quote, submittal of orders, and customer support for territory.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and manage sales pipeline.
• Assist Contracts team with contract renewal pricing negotiations.
• Proactively prospect and develop new sales opportunities.
