Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC in Portland, OR is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. You will maintain customer relations, be the regional contact, prepare quotes, and support the sales team to drive revenue.

The role involves on-site work in Portland with regular customer meetings and CRM updates. The position requires a bachelor degree or 2–5 years in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and/or 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar function.
• Experience in internal sales, business development or customer support.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ERP experience is an advantage.
• Pro-active attitude and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations and ensure excellent daily service for customers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers in the region.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and technical documents.
• Assist sales team to boost sales and performance.
• Set up appointments or follow up with customers after initial contact.
• Meet clients on Teams or on-site at their premises.
• Listen to customer needs and propose improvements to support development.
• Make calls to generate new opportunities and update CRM data.
• Follow up quotations and keep item master data and customers up to date.
