Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Support Associate to join the Product Development Team.

The role involves bringing new and innovative products to market while delivering technical support to customers, with a focus on maintaining accurate product data and supporting warranty processes. Candidates within 50 miles of the office will work onsite Tue–Thu under a hybrid schedule; remote candidates may be eligible, but onboarding requires travel to our Lansdale, PA HQ during the first

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering, business, or commensurate experience.
• Knowledge of CAD or Architectural drawing software preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting related product knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong deductive reasoning and systematic troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with warranty and complaint processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound technical-related calls and emails and guide customers to resolutions.
• Generate supporting documentation for technical inquiries.
• Assist in advanced sales support for product inquiries.
• Collaborate with RMA on warranty claims processing.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure accurate product data.
• Maintain timelines with internal and external product team affiliates.
