Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Direct-to-Consumer sales in a hybrid role based in Frederick, MD. You will drive term life insurance sales through needs-based conversations, manage inbound and outbound leads, and build referral networks.

You will meet targets, adhere to compliance, document cases in Salesforce, and continuously expand product knowledge to present Banner Life as the best long-term protection choice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maryland Life & Health Insurance license preferred.
• 3+ years of contact center sales experience.
• Experience defining, designing, and recommending products to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to sell Term life insurance via needs-based approach.
• Source referrals and build a healthy pipeline.
• Meet/exceed sales targets weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance standards in a licensed environment.
• Submit applications and required documents in Salesforce.
• Provide accurate quotes based on underwriting classes.
• Cross-sell and up-sell supplemental products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and market competitors.
