Responsibilities include handling calls, processing mail, directing deposits, and updating beneficiary and tax information. A strong familiarity with pensions, Excel, and confidential data is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service/administrative role.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Understanding of pensions and annuities.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client calls and assist with webpage navigation, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Review and process incoming mail, including return mail and locating missing annuitants.
• Research benefit payment questions and establish direct deposit setup.
• Process death reports, address changes, stop/reissues of payments, direct deposit changes, tax withholding changes, beneficiary changes.
• Provide year-end tax form information and support.
• Monitor mail/task activity daily and handle documents.
