You will handle inbound/outbound activity, source referrals, and work toward weekly and monthly targets while maintaining compliance and customer focus. The position offers a hybrid model with 3 in-office days per week in Frederick, MD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contact center sales experience in insurance/financial services or related fields.
• Experience defining, designing, and recommending products/services to consumers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and leads to sell Term life insurance.
• Build relationships and source referrals from existing and new clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals on weekly/monthly/annual basis.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Complete applications and collect customer information, health, and financial risk details.
