Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, college preferred.
• Experience in customer service/administrative roles is required or beneficial.
• Understanding of pensions and annuities is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client calls and assist with webpage navigation, providing outstanding service.
• Review and process incoming mail including return mail and missing annuitants.
• Research benefit payment inquiries and set up direct deposits.
• Process death reports, address changes, and beneficiary changes.
• Gather information from callers and determine next steps with appropriate department.
• Provide year-end tax form information and support.
• Monitor mail and task activity daily and respond to inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
