Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in customer service/administrative roles, strong communication, and knowledge of life insurance products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service/administrative roles.
• 3+ years of communication and processing experience; 1+ year of phone experience.
• Knowledge of life insurance products; related lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract, appoint, and maintain agents in regulatory compliance.
• Review new agent contracts and communicate missing information.
• Setup agent master and hierarchy records for contracts and commissions.
• Request due diligence reports and forward adverse findings for review.
• Appoint new agents, review state responses, and generate contracts.
• Index documents in image queue meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Resolve agent problems and update data as needed.
• Process address changes, commission changes, and agent transfers.
• Review state renewal listings to ensure active appointments.
• Review DOI advisories and terminate agents accordingly.
• Answer calls courteously; provide strong customer service.
• Ensure voicemail and email responses within 4 business hours.
• Complete other assignments and goals as directed.
