Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking a Sales Case Manager in Frederick, MD to own the full lifecycle of Direct-to-Consumer life insurance applications—from submission through underwriting and activation—ensuring accuracy and a strong customer experience.

Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, IT, and call center teams to resolve issues, maintain SLA performance, and support growth with revised quotes and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Sales experience and customer-facing background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Direct-to-Consumer life insurance applications—from submission through underwriting and activation.
• Coordinate underwriting requirements and follow-ups.
• Manage policy issuance and placement.
• Maintain CRM records and documentation for all interactions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, IT, and call center teams to resolve issues and ensure SLA adherence.
