The role requires 3+ years in customer service/administrative work, knowledge of life insurance products, and strong communication. This hybrid position offers a competitive compensation package with a three-days-on-site schedule and two days remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service/administrative related position.
• Knowledge of life insurance products.
• Excellent communication and basic office skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute agent contracts, appointments, terminations, renewals and related licensing tasks.
• Index documents in image queue and maintain records accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and emails within 4 business hours.
• Process address changes, commission changes, and agent transfers.
