Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for IP&E in San Jose, CA. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the San Jose office and 2 days remote) with a compensation structure that includes 60% base salary and 40% commission.

You will build influential relationships with customers and suppliers, service accounts, quote and close business, and participate in territory planning and supply chain engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Interconnect passive electromechanical component experience.
• The ability to build influential relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiating and organization skills.
• College degree preferred.
