Job summary

Arrow Electronics, a global provider of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative- IP&E in San Jose. The role focuses on building influential relationships with customers and suppliers, servicing customers, and driving quotations to closure within a defined territory.

Key duties include developing customer strategy, planning accounts, and supporting value-added and supply chain engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience with interconnect passive electromechanical components.

What You'll Be Doing:

What We Are Looking For:

• Microsoft Suite (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)

This position is a 60/40 split (60% base, 40% commission), the compensation posted is the base pay only.

Work Arrangement:

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our San Jose office and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

• $25.96 - $31.73
• Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
