Constant Contact is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant in Fort Collins, CO. You will connect with prospective customers, assess their needs, and recommend digital marketing products in a fast-paced, one-call-close setting.

We offer uncapped commission, comprehensive training, and ongoing coaching to support your success. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Fort Collins office and a strong track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of relevant inside-sales experience.
• Ability to assess customer needs and translate into product recommendations.
• Comfort overcoming objections and asking for the sale.
• Motivated by fast sales cycles and quota-based rewards.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain software value.
• Organized with the ability to manage a high volume of leads.
• Coachable and adaptable to feedback.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand goals, challenges, and marketing opportunities.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and demonstrate value.
• Navigate questions and objections throughout the sales process.
• Close new business in a fast-paced, one-call-close environment.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage leads and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Achieve sales, conversion, productivity, and quality targets.
• Apply coaching feedback to strengthen results.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
