Job summary

Constant Contact is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant in the Boston area. You will connect with prospective customers, assess their marketing needs, and recommend digital marketing solutions. This role is in a fast-paced, one-call-close environment with a path to growth and an uncapped commission plan.

You’ll train and be coached, with three days per week in the Waltham or Boston office. Experience with Salesforce is a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant sales experience.
• Experience with high-volume inside sales preferred.
• Comfortable navigating objections and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify business goals.
