You will work in a fast-paced, one-call-close environment to meet individual sales goals and build trusted relationships.

The position offers an uncapped commission plan, comprehensive training, and ongoing coaching to support your success and career growth within a leading small business marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to independently assess customer needs and translate them into product recommendations.
• Comfortable overcoming objections, navigating concerns, and closing sales.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct thoughtful needs assessments to understand business goals, challenges, and marketing opportunities.
• Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs and clearly demonstrate value.
• Navigate questions and objections throughout the sales process and close new business in a fast-paced, one-call-close environment.
• Maintain knowledge of Constant Contact products, pricing, and promotions and keep Salesforce records up to date.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, productivity, and quality targets and apply coaching to improve results.
