Job summary

Constant Contact is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant to turn warm leads into paying customers in a fast-paced, one-call-close environment. You’ll assess customer needs, recommend digital marketing solutions, and drive revenue through outbound calls while delivering exceptional service.

This hybrid role requires three days in Waltham, MA or Boston, MA, with initial training in-person. Base salary is $46,000–$51,000 with uncapped commissions and OTE well above six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to independently assess customer needs and translate them into product recommendations.
• Comfortable overcoming objections, navigating customer concerns, and asking for the sale.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
• Conduct thoughtful needs assessments to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and marketing opportunities.
• Close new business in a fast-paced, one-call-close environment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Constant Contact’s products, pricing, and promotions; maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Consistently achieve individual sales, conversion, productivity, and quality targets.
