Job summary

TVH Americas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively identifying sales opportunities. You will deliver regular, value-added communication to support partnerships with corporate accounts.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with professional development opportunities and access to training resources. A minimum of 3 years in customer support or inside sales and ERP/CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer support or inside sales.
• Understanding of material handling and industrial parts.
• Proficient inside sales techniques: cold calling, qualification, acquisition.
• Experience handling credit card processing.
• Proficient with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain customers through inbound/outbound calls and meet daily targets.
• Identify customer needs using knowledge of domestic sales processes and products.
• Build relationships to support achieving sales objectives.
• Navigate ERP/CRM to check price, availability, and enter feedback.
• Notify customers of backordered items and provide delivery dates.
• Gather claims information and enter into sales systems.
