Cotality is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support existing customers and drive renewals. You’ll learn company products, process orders, and resolve inquiries with a professional, customer‑centric approach.

You will collaborate with the sales team and other departments, manage follow ups, document client needs, and contribute to a positive, high‑performer customer experience. A year or more in customer service is preferred; strong communication and problem‑solving are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word and Outlook with strong email management skills
• Able to ask questions and quickly identify solutions for customers
• Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients
• Coachable and able to implement changes based on feedback
• Works well in a team environment as well as independently

• Retention: Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
• Growth: Engage with existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend additional suitable products
• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensure timely follow-up
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, technical issues and business objections
