A hybrid schedule is offered after a 90-day on-site training period. Requirements include 2+ years in customer service; sales experience is a plus.

• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Turn disconnection or downgrade requests into save opportunities or sales.
• Apply Retention Department’s mission to sell Mediacom’s service.
• Actively listen to customer needs and offer Retention promotions.
• Educate customers on Mediacom Mobile service and gain sales on inbound calls.
• Build customer loyalty with legendary service.
• Complete disconnect, transfer and seasonal downgrade orders.
