Cotality is seeking a customer service oriented professional to manage renewals, upsell, and support existing customers. You will engage via phone and email, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and comfort with cold outreach. Hybrid work arrangement with generous benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word and Outlook with strong email management skills.
• Able to ask questions and quickly identify solutions for customers.
• Comfortable making cold calls to prospective clients.
• Coachable and able to implement changes from feedback.
• Works well in a team or independently.

• Assist customers with annual subscription renewals.
