Cotality is hiring for an inside sales support role focused on the real estate appraisal industry. You will learn and promote products, handle renewals, and engage existing customers by phone and email to understand needs and suggest suitable solutions.

The role emphasizes accurate order processing, timely follow-up, and collaborative teamwork across departments. A strong customer service background and comfort with cold calls are valued, with a hybrid work setup offering remote time and one day

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word and Outlook with strong email management skills.
• Able to ask questions and quickly identify solutions for our customers.
• Comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Coachable and able to implement changes based on constructive criticism.
• Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Suite.
• Technological adept.

Responsibilities

• Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry
• Learn and promote company products and services - www.alamode.com
• Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
• Engage with existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend additional suitable products
• Accurately process customer orders, ensure timely follow-up
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, technical issues and business objections of current and prospective customers in a professional and timely manner
• Documenting client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel
• Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects
• Work closely with others on the sales team and in other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
