Qualifications

• Customer service skills and sales support experience for internal/external clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Experience or knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus.
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions in standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and external partners.
• Support performance improvement and KPI metrics, including on-time delivery and quality control with warehouse.
• Handle complex discrepancies with external service providers and communicate resolution plans.
• Process orders from creation to invoice, including expedites with test houses and backlog reporting.
• Assist with branch service requests, RMAs, and Field Quality Requests as needed.
• Support the sales team with timely follow-up on inquiries.
