Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support day-to-day sales and customer service for assigned accounts, understanding customer needs for Arrow AEP offerings.

You will manage quotes and orders, coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve pre- and post-sales issues, and track opportunities to provide accurate forecasts.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience in inside sales, account management, material planning, buying or program management.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Communicate ideas and information concisely; listen attentively; communicate via phone and email; deliver sensitive communications with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Customer Opportunity Support: Leverages AE Petsche and vendor programs to progress a transaction through the sales cycle.
• Quote and Order Preparation: Processes quotes and prepares orders for submission.
• Problem Resolution: Works with vendor contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems.
• Opportunity tracking and Forecasting: Develops opportunities and provides timely forecasts to management.
