Job summary

NSK Americas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Aftermarket in Michigan (Ann Arbor area) to manage a defined set of customer accounts, handle quotes, order maintenance, and forecasting in a hybrid role. You will collaborate across departments, respond to inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience; a technical diploma or associate's degree and 4–6 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of position-related experience.
• Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and manages inbound calls and emails from assigned customers; responds promptly.
• Enters orders, prepares quotes, monitors order status, expedites shipments.
• Collaborates with BCD, domestic plants, procurement, NSK Affiliates for product sourcing and issue resolution.
• Demonstrates basic technical knowledge of bearing/linear products and NSK tools; supports engineering with product solutions.
