NSK Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Aftermarket in a hybrid setting to manage customer accounts, prepare quotes, maintain orders, and forecast needs. You will work with multiple NSK teams and affiliates to source products and resolve issues, ensuring timely deliveries.

The role requires customer-focus, collaboration, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging technical knowledge of bearings and NSK products.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2–4 years of position-related experience.
• Preferred Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree with 4–6 years of position-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails for assigned customers; respond promptly.
• Enter orders, prepare quotes, monitor order status, and expedite shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and NSK affiliates to locate products globally or modify as needed.
• Demonstrate basic technical knowledge of bearing and NSK products; interpret NSK nomenclature.
• Process orders including stock release, global transfers, or new orders.
• Monitor supply issues and actively address stock allocations and shipping reservations.
