Schneider Electric is seeking a Hybrid Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to grow EcoStruxure Automation Expert opportunities. You will perform prospecting, lead qualification, and customer engagement while collaborating with BDMs, engineers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly; willingness to learn and work with coaching and scripts.
• Clear phone communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn the EAE offer and explain business value simply.
• Willingness to travel regionally and spend most time prospecting by phone.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
• Engage customers, explain the EAE offer, and prepare them for in-person meetings with BDMs.
• Support marketing and industry events and follow up on leads from campaigns.
• Track activity in CRM and maintain an early-stage sales pipeline.
