Job summary

Sony Electronics Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to enable the sales team to engage customers and accelerate opportunities. You will coordinate with customers, sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate processes across the sales cycle.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales support or related functions, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This position offers hybrid work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related sales support, inside sales or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and report business data.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, planning and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive sales and operational support to maximize customer engagement.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales, operations, finance and supply chain.
• Support quotes, pricing, orders, shipments, POs and invoices.
• Assist territory planning, events, communications and issue resolution.
• Maintain sales records and provide reporting and insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams.
