Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of related sales support, inside sales, customer service, operations, or business support experience.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting business data.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative working relationships.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Support quote and pricing requests, monitor order and shipment status, manage PO and invoice activities.
• Assist with territory planning and customer events, coordinate sales-related communications.
• Provide reporting and business insights, assist with sales analytics for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development to identify process improvements and support growth initiatives.
