Job summary

LEDVANCE is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the S NJ, DE, and SE PA region. This home‑based role emphasizes in-person customer visits and project sales from new builds to renovations, with a strong emphasis on relationship management with distributors and agents.

The successful candidate will manage a territory, analyze opportunities, and provide value‑added lighting solutions. Strong communication and independence are required, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business.
3–5 years of sales experience required.
Lighting industry experience preferred.
Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Call on electrical distributor partners and authorized agents to maintain and grow relationships.
Sell whole-building projects from new construction to renovations in public or private sectors.
Manage a sales territory and analyze opportunities to increase sales and profit.
Gather market intelligence and provide value‑added solutions to customers.
Travel to meet customers off-site, with occasional overnight trips.
Collaborate with internal teams to close sales effectively.
