Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Senior Inside Business Development Manager in the Austin, TX area. This full-time, hybrid role combines in-office and remote days, with a quarterly sales quota for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX, JUVÉDERM, SkinMedica, KYBELLA) and education of accounts.

Candidates should have two+ years of sales experience, strong communication and analytical skills, travel up to 15–20%, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Hours are 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant sales experience is required.
• Track record of earning strong commissions and meeting quotas.
• Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15-20% of the time.
• Experience in Inside Sales preferred.
• Experience in aesthetics/healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quota across facial aesthetics portfolio and drive account growth.
• Educate customers on product indications, safety, and marketing programs.
• Develop and implement call and business development plans.
• Coordinate campaigns, launches, and training with accounts and teams.
• Collaborate with regional managers and cross-functional colleagues.
