Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Business Development Manager in Austin to grow the Facial Aesthetics portfolio. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, and residency or relocation to the Austin area is required.

You will educate customers, build strategic plans, and partner with field sales to expand product adoption. A track record in inside sales and comfort with commissions are highly valued; travel up to 15-20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of earning strong commissions.
• Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
• Experience in aesthetics/healthcare industry.
• Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers.
• Two years of working in Inside Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves sales quota across portfolio and develops call plans.
• Sales processes focus on business growth and relationship building.
• Manage quota attainment and provide marketing materials to accounts.
• Educate customers on product indications, safety, and benefits.
• Identify growth opportunities and launch new products/indications.
• Collaborate with regional managers and cross-functional teams.
