Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, seeks an Inside Sales Practice Development Manager in the Austin area. The role blends in-office and remote work days and requires residency or relocation to Austin, TX.

You will manage product education, account growth strategies and territory planning to meet sales targets across a 100-account base. You will deliver training, market support, and demonstrations while coordinating with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in B2B2C environments.
• Experience with healthcare products and physician practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 20 calls daily and respond to emails to achieve territory quotas.
• Educate and support ~100 emerging Body Contouring accounts not covered by field sales.
• Penetrate territory to drive sales and expand customer base for consumables.
• Provide training, presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Explain indications, contraindications and safety of products to customers.
• Support marketing strategies including website and microsite development and branding.
• Plan regional trainings and tradeshows; pre-plan calls and manage time effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date territory files and complete administrative tasks.
• Maintain industry knowledge and cultivate relationships at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines.
