Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a technically strong, customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist in the US. You will guide customers from inquiry to order, coordinate bids, and support pricing and proposals while collaborating with sales, operations, and customer teams.

This role offers hybrid work with a preference for Houston, TX, and involves travel<10%. You will help shape the EPC and Industrial sales process and advance account support across ABB's Electrification division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred; commensurate experience considered.
• 8 years of experience minimum, including 3+ years in electrical industry.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary inside sales and customer support resource for leads and inquiries.
• Coordinate proposal process, RFQs, pricing support, and bid milestones.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive updates and issue resolution.
• Develop sales reports and dashboards to support growth objectives.
