Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to provide expert customer service and sales support, enabling inside sales and test-house engagements. The role involves data handling, order processing in Oracle, and close collaboration with the sales team in a hybrid office setting.

The position requires Excel and MS Office proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or experienced candidate; ability to work with sales and service teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organised work style.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; able to manage multiple tasks.
• On-site onboarding followed by hybrid work arrangement.
• Knowledge of inside sales concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and OSP engagements.
• Assist in maintaining performance expectations to enhance Arrow's position with customers and suppliers.
• Handle complex discrepancies; interface with OSPs and suggest solutions to the sales team.
• Support KPI improvements, especially on-time delivery and reducing warehouse quality issues.
• Manage Order to Invoice processes, including direct expediting with test houses and backlog reports.
• Execute Work Orders in Oracle and manage delivery documents for test houses.
• Support sales with direct contact and ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries.
