Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Purchase, NY is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to provide expert service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and external partners. You will help maintain performance expectations, handle discrepancies, and contribute to on-time delivery while collaborating with test houses and customers.

Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office and 2 remote days; prior onboarding in person is expected.

Qualifications

• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
• Identifies the problem and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
• Detail oriented, organized and excellent time-management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and outside service provider engagements.
• Assist in maintaining performance expectations to enhance Arrow's position with customers and suppliers.
• Handle complex discrepancies, interface with OSPs, and propose solutions to internal sales staff.
• Support the Order to Invoice process, including direct Expedites with test houses and managing account-specific backlog reports.
